EMERSON SANTOS
Graduated with a double bachelor’s degree in banking finance and economics in 1989. Pursued MBA in corporate finance and graduated in 1995 from University of Hull, UK. Worked with Citibank NYC as an assistant to the VP of the loans department from 1989 to 1993. Started a career in Singapore with an MNC group based in the US as director of their floor covering division, formulating strategies on how to expand their operations in the US and Europe. The whole portfolio is more than $35 million.
He set up his own company in 2003 selling floor covering to the US and European markets. In a span of 12 years, he is now handling a portfolio worth over $15 million. He is still the CEO of this company up to the present.
RAYMOND LIM
Graduated from the National University of Singapore with a bachelor’s degree in business management. He is now the founder of RGB Global Holdings Pte. Ltd., a property investment company making waves in Singapore. He is also the founder and CEO of TLC Training and Consultancy. Raymond is a high impact trainer highly sought after by many property agencies and business owners. He has trained a total of 5,000 people in Singapore and other Asian countries. He is the business consultant of Chen Chi Tow, Huttons, Great Eastern, and Orange Tee.
JOSE ANTONIO S. VILAR
Jose Antonio S. Vilar retired as the former Head of Marketing of the Philippine Stock Exchange, Inc. where he worked for 13 years. He has almost 40 years of experience in the financial and real estate development industry and has served in the Philippine government. He also sits on the board of several companies as an independent director. Jose graduated from the University of Pennsylvania‘s Wharton School majoring in Economics and Marketing and the University of Asia and the Pacific’s Strategic Business Economics Program. He is also an active member of the Aquila Legis Law School Fraternity.

MARK RUSSEL CAMITAN
Russel graduated with a bachelor’s degree in banking and finance from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines in 2018. He has worked for Sage Solutions since then and has been building financial models for client companies. He is also a certified financial markets professional.
